Heidi Goehmann is a writer, speaker, wife, mom, forgiven, and loved child of God. She received her bachelor’s degree in theology and psychology from Concordia University Chicago, and her master’s degree in social work from the University of Toledo with an emphasis on children, families, and social justice.
Heidi writes at ilovemyshepherd.com where she advocated and provides resources for women, mental health, and genuine relationships. The core values of I Love My Shepherd are: Intensely theological, while intensely practical, Jesus in everything, the Word everyday, and people matter more. Heidi is passionate about women’s ministry, caring for marriages, and loving on middle schoolers and young adults. She is the author of Think on These, Casting Stones, and Altogether Beautiful. Heidi loves her family, sticky notes, Jesus, adventure, Star Wars, Star Trek, and new ideas…not necessarily in that order.
