What is Aspire?

Aspire was born out of the desire and need for women to enjoy a night out, with fellowship and spiritual growth.

We stand on the promises of God that He is enough, and that aspiring after His purpose
will affect the lives we lead as well as the people we interact with.

We’ve taken the best parts of a women’s weekend conference and packed them into a single evening designed to encourage and equip women in their fait
—at an affordable price.

We Bring the Event – You Provide the Venue

We are a traveling team of Christian speakers, comedians, and worship leaders brining a fully planned,
3 hour event that we execute at over 100 churches every year.

We need you to help make it happen!
We are looking for host churches to provide the venue for the event. We make it as easy as possible to host,
with clear directions and a tour manager who will handle all on site set up, training, and execution of the event.

It is thanks to amazing churches like you that we have been bringing Aspire
to cities all across the country for the past 10 years!

What We Need From You

Capacity & Set Up

We are looking for a church with:

minimum of 300 person capacity
& a lobby that can accomodate 10 – 12 tables

We will have you leave out the tables in the lobby and we will do all the set up
once we arrive

Volunteers

We’ll need about 14 female volunteers to help with things like book sales, passing out programs, ticketing will call, and more.

A tour manager from our team will be there to train and guide everyone—no experience needed!

Dinner & Dressing Rooms

There will be about four of us traveling, and if possible, we’d love for someone to provide dinner for the team. It can be homemade, store-bought, or catered—whatever is easiest!

We also ask for a private room where the team can keep their things, get ready, and relax before the event.

Promotion

While we handle all community marketing and ticket sales, we’ll provide your church with tickets to sell on consignment at the discounted group rate to your congregation.

We’ll also send print & digital promo materials to help spread the word within your church.

Production

We don’t travel with techs, so we just ask for a couple volunteers to help with sound and slides.

Sound: Simple—no stage clearing needed. We use a countryman mic, a few handheld mics, and a keyboard or acoustic guitar. We will also use either wedge monitors or IEMs.

Slides: If your church uses ProPresenter, we’ll send a file to import. If not, we’ll share all event slides via Dropbox, along with a detailed show flow with a minute by minute agenda for you tech volunteer to follow.

Why host an Aspire?

First and foremost – It’s Fun!
It is a wonderful reason to gather the women of your church for a night of Christian fellowship.

Aspire is also a great opportunity to open your doors and provide a welcoming space for the women of your community to gather.
We promote the event in towns surrounding your church to bring women from all over to this event.
This is a great chance to connect with women who have never heard of your church and maybe don’t have a home church of their own.
How much will this cost?

There’s no cost to your church to host!
Our ministry covers all the expenses, so there’s no financial risk involved.
Beyond providing dinner for the 4 women traveling with Aspire, there is no financial investment on the part of your church.

This is just an opportunity to bless women in your community with a powerful night of faith, laughter, and encouragement!
How long will you be at our church?
Do you need someone on site the whole time?

All communication leading up to the event will be with one church contact. This can be a women’s ministry leader, the pastor’s wife, or just an excited volunteer.

We ask that this person be around or available while we are setting up the event to be our guide and go to person at the church.
How do you promote the events?

We promote these events with email marketing, Facebook Ads, and callers inviting surrounding churches to bring a group to the event. We also have posters and fliers that we share with surrounding churches to pass to their friends and neighbors.

We also ask that the ladies of your church use this opportunity to invite their friends to join them at this event. We make it very easy, giving you all the promotional materials you need. Your ladies can also share if they’re attending on our Facebook Event page to get the word out!
